As Jesus was sent by the Father, we are also sent by Jesus. This verse reminds us that our purpose is tied to our identity as followers of Christ. We are not just recipients of God’s love, but also messengers of His message to a world in need.
Prayer:
‘Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for sending Jesus into the world to save us. As He was sent, we are also sent to share Your love and message with others. Give us the courage and wisdom to fulfill this mission, and may we represent You well in the world. May Your Spirit guide and empower us to be Your hands and feet, bringing hope and light to those around us. In Jesus’ name, Amen.’
